Since DNC legislation was enacted, TSD’s proven compliance methodology has resulted in zero infractions for DNC-related violations

• Call centers are connected via private WAN and each center has a Cisco PIX firewall / router
• Per DNC Implementation Act of 2003, TeleServices Direct has implemented redundant, fail-safe procedures to maintain a DNC zero tolerance policy
• Records that are not to be called are aggregated from the following sources on a daily, monthly and quarterly basis:
  • Individual state DNC lists
  • DMA Telephone Preference Service list
  • TSD internal DNC list
  • Cellular portability lists
  • Client-specific DNC list
  • FTC NDNC list
• Internally developed protocol to ensure full compliance with NDNC, TCPA and TSR regulations
• TeleServices Direct takes additional security measures, utilizing several third party firms to verify compliance with state and federal DNC regulations
