Job Summary:

Design, maintain and support web based applications and systems.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test and implement applications and processes as assigned.
  • Determine and implement improvements in system processes as feasible, cost effective, accurate and appropriate to meet company and client goals.
  • Design and produce appropriate performance reporting for new initiatives.
  • Daily management of assigned I.T. processing functions (reporting, sales processing, testing new initiatives, etc.)
  • Managing marketing lead usage. Formatting lists for dialing platform.
  • Work with Client Services Dept., Operations Mgt. and other departments to ensure customer needs and company goals and requirements are met.
  • Ensure compliance with telemarketing regulatory requirements.
  • Document All Processes and Procedures in IT Maintained Documentation Website
  • Report project status weekly.


Technical Skills:

  • HTML, ASP, and ASP.NET programming knowledge and work experience
  • Experience working with SQL back end databases
  • Object Oriented Coding experience  (VB / C++ / C# / .NET)
  • Good attention to detail
  • Report and Process Design
  • UNIX/Shell Scripting
  • FOXPRO
  • Windows Process Automation (Scheduled Tasks, Batch Files, Etc...)
  • Predictive Dialer Experience a plus
