Reporting Analyst
Job Summary:
Design, maintain and support web based applications and systems.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test and implement applications and processes as assigned.
- Determine and implement improvements in system processes as feasible, cost effective, accurate and appropriate to meet company and client goals.
- Design and produce appropriate performance reporting for new initiatives.
- Daily management of assigned I.T. processing functions (reporting, sales processing, testing new initiatives, etc.)
- Managing marketing lead usage. Formatting lists for dialing platform.
- Work with Client Services Dept., Operations Mgt. and other departments to ensure customer needs and company goals and requirements are met.
- Ensure compliance with telemarketing regulatory requirements.
- Document All Processes and Procedures in IT Maintained Documentation Website
- Report project status weekly.
Technical Skills:
- HTML, ASP, and ASP.NET programming knowledge and work experience
- Experience working with SQL back end databases
- Object Oriented Coding experience (VB / C++ / C# / .NET)
- Good attention to detail
- Report and Process Design
- UNIX/Shell Scripting
- FOXPRO
- Windows Process Automation (Scheduled Tasks, Batch Files, Etc...)
- Predictive Dialer Experience a plus
