We commit to the DMA’s Privacy Promise which includes the following principles:

  • Provide customers with notice of their ability to opt out of information rental, sale or exchange with other marketers.
  • Honor your request not to share your information with other marketers.
  • Honor your request not to receive the company's mail, telephone or other solicitations again.
  • Use DMA's Mail Preference Service and Telephone Preference Service, and E-mail Preference Service, national name-removal services of consumers who wish not to receive unsolicited offers at home.

In addition to the DMA’s Privacy Promise, we will at all times comply with applicable laws and rules concerning your privacy. We also adopt security procedures which meet or exceed legal and industry standards to ensure that all personal information in our possession is secure.

 

NOTIFICATION IN THE EVENT OF BREACH OF OUR SECURITY

In the event of any breach of our security with regard to storage of unencrypted personal information we will notify any person whose data may have been compromised in the most expedient time possible without unreasonable delay.

 

Personal information includes name in conjunction with social security number, driver’s license information or credit card or other financial account information. Notice will be made electronically or in writing.

If you live in California and you do business with us, you can request the following information (using the contact below) free of charge: a list of the categories of personal information disclosed to third parties during the immediately preceding calendar year and the names and addresses of all third parties that received personal information from the business for direct marketing purposes.
