Job Summary:

Maintain, support and develop programs, applications and systems to support IT processing and projects.

Main Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test and implement system changes.
Daily management of assigned I.T. processing functions (reporting, sales processing, testing new initiatives, etc.)
Managing marketing lead usage. Formatting lists for dialing platform.
Work with Client Services Dept. to ensure customer needs are met.
Monitor marketing program performance and proactively develop ways to improve it
Design and produce appropriate performance reporting for new initiatives.
Ensure compliance with telemarketing regulatory requirements.
Improve automation of system processes as feasible, cost effective and appropriate.
Document All Processes and Procedures in IT Maintained Documentation Website
Report project status weekly.
