History
TeleServices Direct was established in 1989 as a direct marketing company responsible for marketing management and determining vendor selection for our clients. The original concentration was in database management and outsourced telemarketing to the college student market, sourcing credit card customers for major bank issuers. We began in-house telemarketing in 1993, opening our first call center with 65 stations in Indianapolis, IN. Since then, TeleServices Direct has opened multiple state-of-the-art centers that feature outbound, inbound and call blending capabilities. TeleServices Direct is now one of the nation's leading providers of outsourced call center solutions. Call Center Magazine designated us as one of the fastest growing outbound telemarketing companies by awarding us the recognition in 1996. Since 1997, we have been named as a "Top 50" outbound telemarketing company in Customer Inter@ction Solutions Magazine's annual industry report. Though TeleServices Direct remains the unprecedented leader in marketing financial products to the college market, our growth has extended into other areas as well. Our telemarketing expertise has successfully been applied in both business-to-consumer and business-to-business programs. Our tremendous growth in the past several years can be attributed to a diligent following of our mission: providing efficient, cost-effective and innovative call center operation in a simplistic, client-friendly, turn-key package. We have been consistently able to outperform our competitors, while exceeding our clients' expectations by keeping our client's needs as the driving force in each function we perform. |
